budget, it is not its own Association. Owners of Fox Run patio homes are Members of the Shaker Run Homeowners Association and pay the Annual Assessment, which contributes to the maintenance and upkeep of the exercise and pool facility.

Membership in this Association is available to all those owning an Ironwood condominium unit.
